🐾 Frequently Asked Questions
1. What are your hours of operation?
We’re open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM for Daycare and Boarding, and Saturday–Sunday from 7:00 to 9:00 AM and 5:00 to 7:00 PM for Boarding pickups/dropoffs only.
2. What do I need to bring for boarding?
Please bring your dog’s food, any medications they need, and a copy of their up-to-date vaccination records (if they've received any new vaccines since your last stay). You’re also welcome to bring a blanket or toy from home to help your pup feel comfortable.
3. What vaccinations are required?
We require proof of current vaccinations for:
-
Rabies
-
Distemper/Parvo (DHPP)
-
We do strongly recommend the Bordetella (Kennel Cough), but this is not a requirement.
-
4. Do you separate dogs by size or temperament?
Yes! Safety is our top priority. Dogs are grouped based on size, temperament, and play style to ensure everyone has a fun and safe experience.
5. What happens if my dog gets sick or injured?
We’ll contact you immediately and, if necessary, take your dog to your preferred vet or our trusted local veterinary partner. You’ll be updated every step of the way. Should a pup need to be isolated due to illness/behavior, we do have private spaces to keep both your pup and the others safe! No need for early pickups if not necessary.
6. Can I tour your facility before booking?
Absolutely! We encourage it. Just give us a call to schedule a time—tours are available during all hours.
7. What if my dog is not fixed (not spayed/neutered)?
Boarding dogs do not have to be spayed/neutered. Our biggest requirement is honest disclosure on the intake form! Dogs who are not fixed are permitted for daycare on a case-by-case basis.
8. What if my dog has never been to daycare before?
No problem! All new dogs undergo a temperament evaluation to ensure they’re a good fit for group play. Evaluations are free and typically take 10-15 minutes.
9. How do I book a boarding stay for my pup?
Feel free to book online on this website, call us, or stop by in person. We recommend booking in advance—especially for holidays or peak seasons.
10. Do I need to schedule ahead to bring my dog to daycare?
Nope—no RSVP needed here! 🎉
At our daycare, if your pup wakes up in the mood to play, just bring 'em on over! We welcome all dogs who have a positive attitude and play well with others. Whether it's a spontaneous "ruff" day or your dog’s just craving some canine company, we're ready when they are.
No booking. No hassle. Just happy tails. 🐶💨
